While Homeland Defense Secretary decides whether security systems worked and help foil a terror attack on Delta Flight 253, Time worries that there may be racial profiling on future flights.

Sunday’s incident – or non-incident – aboard Delta Airlines Flight 253 from Amsterdam to Detroit raises some key questions: Did passengers overreact – and engage in racial profiling?

Non-incident?? Does that mean if a maniac attempts to shoot the president and some bystanders wrestle the gunman to the ground that it would be termed a “non-incident” because the plan did not succeed?
