Alaska is Cold – Again
Mother Nature just won’t give the proponents of Global Warming any cover.
With the colder temperatures in the Arctic in the winter of 2007-2008, the Alaskan glaciers grew. A researcher for the US Geological Survey said that this was the coldest summer in about 20 years.
Pardon my musings for a moment. If there is a trend for 5-6 years to colder winters and thickening glaciers, will we be worried about the new Ice Age, as Newsweek did in the mid-1970′s?
Do your part – be a good citizen, recycle, use energy wisely, etc. Your Mother will take care of the rest.
