In other words, when they started paying out the ‘gross profits’ it was one for the owners (shareholders) and three for Uncle Sam. And while we’re on the subject of Uncle Sam…

The U.S. Government produces NOTHING. Their revenue comes from taxes, fees, tarriffs, leases and the like. Yet, unlike a business, it sure knows how to spend! Not to mention the half-trillion dollar deficit, the government spent almost $3 trillion dollars.
