Today, it is President George W. Bush.

At around 1pm today, President Bush is set to announce that he is lifting the Executive Order, issued by his father, George H. W. Bush, to prohibit offshore drilling for oil and gas.

The Armchair Energist supports this move and will watch closely to see the reactions pour in.

Now, will the US Congress follow suit?
